Every person is unique. That’s why the path to health is not universal, but personal. Yoga offers a sustainable approach — through observation, awareness, and conscious action.
In this practical workshop, we will explore the four fundamental pillars of well-being according to yogic philosophy.
Aahar, Vihar, Achar, and Vichar are four interconnected pillars of a healthy lifestyle in Indian philosophy and yoga. They represent what we eat (Aahar), how we live and rest (Vihar), our behavior and daily routines (Achar), and our thoughts and worldview (Vichar). Balancing these four aspects is essential for our overall well-being.
In addition to the theoretical part, the seminar also includes daily yoga practices, guided meditations, and interactive group activities that will help us embody and internalize these principles in a practical way. You will have the opportunity to discover new aspects of yourself and nature, to exchange experience with other participants, and to develop your own personal approach to health and inner harmony.
