My teaching is rooted in the desire to guide you back to yourself —
not only through the body, but also through the breath, the mind, the way you eat, live, and think.

Each session is a conscious integration of:

  • Asana – to inhabit the body with strength, softness and fluidity

  • Pranayama – to regulate your nervous system and vital energy

  • Meditation – to cultivate presence, grounding and clarity

  • Integrated philosophy – because food, rest and thoughts are also part of the practice
